The Indiana Baptist Foundation welcomes Jennifer Hall as President

Jennifer has an extensive background in organizational fundraising, accounting, and financial advising. For 10 years, as a consultant for the State Convention of Baptists in Indiana, she led the development of capital campaigns for churches that collectively raised more than $2.8 million in pledged giving. More than 75% of the campaigns exceeded their initial fundraising goals.
In her previous role as controller for Northside Baptist Church in Indianapolis, Jennifer administered the accounting and payroll functions and worked collaboratively with the Budget and Personnel Committees in financial decision-making. By renegotiating various service contracts and implementing a new health insurance plan for employees, she reduced the church’s operating expenses by more than $200,000 over a 5 year period. She also served as a guest speaker, leading seminars in biblical money management at women’s ministry events.
As an investment advisor for a national consumer brokerage firm, Jennifer held series 6, 65, 7 and life and health insurance licenses and developed customized financial plans for individuals, organizations, and financial institutions. She also has experience in medical underwriting.  From 2002 to 2007, she was employed as the Senior Group Underwriter for the largest HMO in Indiana, where she developed claims models for multi-million dollar clients.
Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, with concentrations in accounting and marketing. She currently serves on the audit committee for the State Convention of Baptists in Indiana and is a member of Northside Baptist Church. She also serves on the Cherry Tree Elementary School PTO and enjoys volunteering in the classroom.
