Our Team

Bob Weeks came to faith in Christ when he was 36 years old after decades of aimlessness, addiction, and hostility to the Gospel. Since his conversion, he's pastored three churches in Indiana, often stepping into unique situations requiring a compassionate, healing touch.

As BFI President, Bob is excited to reinvigorate the foundation's relationship with Baptist churches all over the state, and to aid them and their passionate donors in their mission to change lives with the Gospel.

"I'm a pastor at heart, and so what I want is what's best with the churches. I believe the foundation serves a very important place in being able to help them do the ministry that God calls them to do."
