Our Team
After faithfully serving the Baptist Foundation of Indiana as President, Bob Weeks resigned from the position effective September 30, 2023. As BFI’s Board of Directors prayerfully searches for the next leader God is calling to the Foundation, Dr. Ryan Strother and Dr. Jim Shields have agreed to act as Co-Interim Presidents to continue the Foundation’s work of strengthening Southern Baptist ministries that change lives with the Gospel. Dr. Strother currently serves as Executive Director for the State Convention of Baptists in Indiana, and Dr. Shields serves as Team Leader for Highland Lakes Camp.
